Honeymill Pure Citrus Honey is made with nectar collected by bees from Citrus orchards in Italy farmlands. Citrus Honey is light, aromatic, and carries a pleasant aroma of orange groves and citrus flowers. 

Citrus Honey is a versatile honey that is suitable for many uses, and pairs well with cheese, and a compatible salad dressing and fruit dip. Given its mild and pleasant taste, this honey is widely acceptable and suitable for all age groups. 

Store this honey in room temperature, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is not necessary to keep honey in the refrigerator. Always use a dry spoon for honey. 

Crystallisation rate of Citrus Honey is fairly slow. Hence Citrus Honey is likely to remain in liquid state for a longer period. Crystallisation is a natural process of honey.
