All special instructions for delivery must be made clear during placement of orders and we will contact you again should there be instructions where we are not able to fulfil. Upon placing your orders, our customer service officer will be in contact with you to arrange for the delivery.
Should there be a failed delivery on the first attempt, the company has the right to impose a re-delivery or re-location charge of S$10 for any subsequent delivery attempt.
