The default payment mode on our website is PayPal. After placing your orders online, you will receive an email confirming your order and our customer service officer will be in contact with you to arrange for the delivery/pick-up.

Standard delivery will be within 2 to 3 working days. An additional charge of $15 will be imposed for same working day delivery (order received after 12pm is considered as a next day order).

DOES HONEY EXPIRES?
Honey will never expire. Archaeologists have reported finding honey that is over 3,000 years old and still tastes as good as new. However, the quality of honey can be influenced by physical and chemical changes during storage, causing it to darken, harden, or crystallize over time. Thus, the 'Best Before' dates on honey buckets, indicating the honey's shelf life, may not be as crucial as initially thought.
WHAT IS RAW HONEY?
Raw honey is honey that has never been through heating process prior to bottling.
CAN MY CHILD CONSUME HONEY?
Yes. But children below ages of 2 years old are not advised to consume Honey.

CAN I USE A METAL SPOON?
Yes. In the honey processing factory, stainless steel equipments are used to handle honey. Consumers just have to make sure that the stainless steel spoon is dry without rust or cracks that might expose the rust that lead to reaction on the honey.
HOW SHOULD I DISSOLVE MY HONEY?
Honey can be dissolved in water at either room temperature or warm water not exceeding 40°C.
