ORDERING

HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

Ordering online is simple and secure at honeymillsg.com. Simply browse the products and add them to your shopping cart. If a product is currently unavailable, call us at +65 6333 6398 or email us at customerservice@honeymillsg.com to check on its next availability. 

The default payment mode on our website is PayPal. After placing your orders online, you will receive an email confirming your order and our customer service officer will be in contact with you to arrange for the delivery/pick-up.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

After placing your orders, a customer service officer will be in contact with you and you may check your order status through the customer service office. Alternately, you may email us at orders@honeymillsg.com or call our hotline at +65 6333 6398 to enquire more on your orders.

WHAT IS THE EARLIEST TIME I CAN HAVE MY ITEMS DELIVERED?

Standard delivery will be within 2 to 3 days. An additional charge will be imposed for next working day delivery (order received after 12pm is considered next day order).

CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OVERSEAS?

Currently we do not provide overseas shipping if purchase through this E-Commerce system. However, this can be arranged via email order. Please send enquiry to orders@honeymillsg.com.

DOES HONEY EXPIRES?

Properly stored and sealed honey does not have an expiry date. It was reported that archaeologist found honey in Egyptian tombs that are over 3,000 years old and yet the honey still taste as good as new honey. However, over time, honey will be influenced by physical and chemical changes during storages, and it might cause the honey to change in colour, texture and smell i.e. darken, harden or crystallize. Thus, "Best Before” dates on honey pots does not seem to be very important after all.

WHAT IS RAW HONEY?

Raw honey is honey that has never been through heating process prior to bottling.

CAN MY CHILD CONSUME HONEY?

Children above 18 months of age can consume honey. Honey are not suitable for infants below 18 months of age.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY HONEY?

Honey should be stored in room temperature, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is not necessary to keep honey in a refrigerator.

CAN I USE A METAL SPOON?

Yes. In the honey processing factory, stainless steel equipments are used to handle honey. Consumers just have to make sure that the spoon is a stainless steel spoon without rust or cracks that might expose the rust that lead to reaction on the honey.

HOW SHOULD I DISSOLVE MY HONEY?

Honey can be dissolved in either room or warm temperature.
