Honeymill Pure Coriander Honey is made with nectar collected by bees from Coriander flowers in Romania. Coriander Honey is a rarely harvested and has a light, flowery and pleasant taste.

Coriander Honey is not commonly harvested as the flowers of this plant is not always guaranteed thus making Coriander Honey a rarity. Despite its name, Coriander Honey has no taste resemblance to Coriander leaves and is one of the most popular in Honeymill. Given its pleasant taste profile, this honey is suitable for all age groups and could be easily introduced in many recipes, and ways of consumption. 

Store this honey in room temperature, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is not necessary to keep honey in the refrigerator. Always use a dry spoon for honey.

Crystallisation rate of Coriander Honey is fast. When that happens, place the honey bottle in warm water bath, and stir the crystallised honey until the honey crystals soften. Crystallisation is a natural process of honey.
