Macadamia flowers are mostly self-infertile, hence the native honeybees play a crucial role for their pollination. Due to its complex and deep taste, Macadamia Honey is more suitable for matured customers.
Store this honey in room temperature, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is not necessary to keep honey in the refrigerator. Always use a dry spoon for honey.
